Service Description

A one-off online consultation to address any specific concerns and discuss your little one's sleep in as much detail as you need. You will send me sleeping and feeding diaries beforehand so that I can have a good look at what's going on and offer expert bespoke advice on the call. I will follow up with a summary of the consultation and my specific recommendations for you.
