Service Description

Ahead of the call I will ask you to fill out a 3 day sleep and food log and will send you a detailed questionnaire all about your little one's sleep. I will make a bespoke Sleep Plan for you to follow which I believe will best address your current sleep issues. During the consultation, we will talk you through this plan together, making any small changes and ensuring that you are happy with it. The WhatsApp support is for you to use as you like, asking questions along the way and reaching out for my support as and when you need it. Suitable for babies and children from 4 months - 4 years
